/

Description:

Critical incidents are typically sudden and powerful events which are outside the normal range of ordinary human experiences. Due to the sudden and unusual nature of strong emotional impacts to people, we need to pay extra care to our well-being under these situations. In this workshop, we are going to share the common psychological reactions that follow critical incidents, and to bring together helpful mindsets and strategies in managing stress and negative emotions.
