Description:

Positive Psychology is a scientific and practical discipline built around human strengths and individual well‐being. In this series of workshops, you will learn practical tips and skills to explore and develop your strengths, as well as manage your emotions and relationships. You will also receive one-on-one coaching from the trainer (optional) to realize your learning into everyday practice.
