Mindfulness is moment-to-moment, non-judgmental awareness, developed through the practice of meditation. Mindfulness can help improve attention, boost the immune system, cultivate well-being and happiness, reduce stress and enhance creativity. In this workshop, you will learn about the science of meditation, different types of meditation, and have a chance to learn how to do the basic mindfulness meditation.
