Life at university is probably one of the most fruitful, enlightening, busy and challenging time of one’s life. How can we juggle among different aspects of university life? How can we achieve the most out of limited time? This online workshop series will address common struggles of university students in the course of their study and provide practical suggestions to help students achieve more and feel better.
“Is it possible to remember everything in lecture notes and readings? I keep forgetting what I have already studied!” This online workshop will walk you through the psychological theories of how we remember and forget information. The speaker will also share techniques to improve memory along with real-life examples, so that participants can remember more in less time.
