As a university student, it is perfectly natural to feel anxious and nervous when preparing for and taking an assessment or examination. A moderate amount of anxiety can sharpen concentration and performance, as well as to keep you motivated. In this workshop, we’ll look at several common worries you’ll face as a student that cause test anxiety, and cover ways to deal with them.
