Professional Services Advancement Support Scheme ("PASS"), which aimed at providing funding for organizing professional exchange, promotion and training projects, is now open for application.

Maximum grant for each approved project is HK$3 million or 90% of the total eligible project cost, whichever is lower. A wide range of professional sectors are eligible for applying PASS, including accounting, legal, building and construction, healthcare, information and communications technology, design and technical testing and analysis, amongst others. Non-profit-distributing organisations operating as professional bodies, trade and industrial organisations or research institutes in Hong Kong may apply.

PASS receives applications all year round and will process applications on a quarterly basis. The internal deadline for the current round is 15 February 2020.

PASS will organize a briefing session to introduce the key features and application procedures of the scheme.
