Beat Exam Anxiety
Description:
As a university student, it is perfectly natural to feel anxious and nervous when preparing for and taking an assessment or examination. A moderate amount of anxiety can sharpen concentration and performance, as well as to keep you motivated. In this workshop, we will share our worries, identify signs of examination anxiety, address mal-adaptive coping, and explore self-help strategies amidst overwhelming anxiety.
