Positive Psychology is a scientific and practical discipline built around human strengths and individual well‐being. In this series of workshops, you will learn practical tips and skills to explore and develop your strengths, and manage your emotions and relationships. You will also receive one-on-one coaching from the trainer to help you put what you learn into everyday practice.
Key themes to explore include:
- What is Positive Psychology?
- What are the characteristics of a flourishing individual?
- What are the strategies to improve our well-being?

Full completion (4 sessions): 6 HLTH1010 hours
Partial completion (3 sessions): 4.5 HLTH 1010 hours
Students who attended 2 sessions or less will not be eligible for HLTH1010 course hours
