Mr. AU Wai-kwong Elvis, BBS, is the Deputy Director of the Environmental Protection Department of HKSAR Government. Mr. Au has over 35 years of experience in various environmental and energy fields. He is the former President of the International Association for Impact Assessment and the former Chairman of the Environmental Division of Hong Kong Institution of Engineers ( HKIE). He is a Fellow of HKIE, a Fellow of Hong Kong Institute of Planners and a Fellow of Hong Kong Institution of Environmental Impact Assessment.
