“Be More with Less” 斷‧捨‧離
Date:
8 Jan 2021 (Fri)
Time:
12:45 pm - 1:45 pm
Description:
With the new arrangement of real-time online learning, you may be bound to spend more time indoor. It also means you may spend a lot more time surrounded by your own stuff. Our addiction to consumption may fill up our closets, cabinets, cupboards and even countertops. They all add up so fast that our consumption habits often outspace the space available to store our belongings. Pretty soon our homes look more like a storage instead of a rejuvenating retreat from the hustle of daily life.
In this workshop, the guest speaker will share with you how to simplify your life in practical steps. When you are staying indoor with routines more settled and organized, the clutter-free environment will help you work mindfully, productively and efficiently. You can also learn to sort out all stuff, let go of the past, uplift your mood and regain energy.
