Mr. AU Wai-kwong Elvis, BBS, JP, is the Deputy Director of the Environmental Protection Department of HKSAR Government. Mr. Au has over 35 years of experience in various environmental and energy fields. He is the former President of the International Association for Impact Assessment and the former Chairman of the Environmental Division of Hong Kong Institution of Engineers ( HKIE). He is a Fellow of HKIE, a Fellow of Hong Kong Institute of Planners and a Fellow of Hong Kong Institution of Environmental Impact Assessment.

For attendees' attention

Due to the implementation of public health measures to reduce the spread of the COVID-19 virus on university campuses, the seminar will be delivered in mixed mode. Participants may either join in-person in IAS2042 or join virtually on Zoom. Kindly note that the number of seats will be restricted to half of the original capacity of the seminar room. All seating is on a first come, first served basis.
