Tired after a whole week of study and have tight shoulder and back? Have neck or other muscle pain because of bad posture? Want to improve fitness and have a better body figure? If your answer is yes to any of these questions, here is your chance to improve! The Hall Education Team is going to organize a yoga workshop consisting of 4 classes.

 

For hygiene purpose, please bring along a large towel to cover the provided yoga mat.  
No need to worry if you are a beginner or never did yoga before, the experienced teacher would adjust different variations of the same pose according to your level and flexibility.
