Positive Psychology is a scientific and practical discipline built around human strengths and individual well‐being. In this series of workshops, you will learn practical tips and skills to explore and develop your strengths, as well as manage your emotions and relationships. You will also receive one-on-one coaching from the trainer to help you put what you learn into everyday practice.

Partial completion (3 sessions): 4.5 HLTH 1010 hours
