Description:

Attending online mode study at home may have numerous perks - flexible hours, attending classes in your sleepwear, and cutting the commute. You may also consider the opposite while studying day and night is too flexible. Whatever the pros and cons, our mental wellness should be part of our daily lives. How can we keep our overall wellness when we are almost home-bounded? This workshop will give you some practical suggestions and tips in managing your life at home. Participants are also welcomed to share their good practices and experience.
