HKUST x Tencent Fintech Mentorship Program - Open for Registration
Fintech Research Project, HKUST Business School is joining hands with Tencent Finance Academy (Hong Kong) to launch the HKUST x Tencent Fintech Mentorship Program for students who are passionate about fintech.
The 8-week program will take place online from July to August 2020. It aims to broaden students’ exposure and deepen their understanding of different fintech concepts and applying these concepts in the real business world. Participants will conduct research that studies real-world fintech problems on topics including banking, blockchain, user experience, and artificial intelligence under the mentorship of industrial experts from Tencent.
Through the program, students will be able to gain insight into the authentic fintech environment and generate innovative and unique ideas for their research project. Upon successful completion of the program, students will receive a certificate issued by Tencent Finance Academy. Students with good performance may be referred by their mentors for a chance to participate in Tencent Finance Academy’s annual Fintech Competition (Final Round) and Fintech Talent Nurturing Program.

RESEARCH TOPICS
