By replacing meat with vegetarian sources of protein, eating a vegetarian diet can reduce carbon and other greenhouse gas emissions, it’s also delicious and benefit your health!

 

Bring your utensils to the Green Kitchen event in exchange for an enjoyable time with a delicious vegetarian dinner and share your sustainable living experience with Green Trekker Program organizing committees!

Participants are also welcomed to bring along fresh ingredients, canned and packaged veggie food (before the expiry date) from their kitchens to cook with us.
